The problem it addresses
Teams get more done with AI every week, yet the business does not move faster. Everyone is busy, but nobody can say which work moved the goal, so people chase updates and the plan goes stale.
How it works
- Veloci starts with a goal and breaks it down into what each team commits to this week.
- The team's AI assistant gathers evidence from tools the team already uses, such as the CRM, support desk and docs, and sends it to Veloci.
- Progress updates from that evidence, so nobody writes a status update.
- Every week, the team can see whether the work is moving the goal.
Where it works
- AI assistant: Claude (Cowork and Claude Code, through the Veloci plugin), ChatGPT (desktop, mobile, web, and Codex in the terminal), or any other assistant that supports MCP, added by connector URL. Set up once, and every new assistant session starts from the user's current plan, with nothing to re-explain.
- Calendar: Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook. Veloci plans the day and books time for follow-up work.
- Meeting transcripts: Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Granola, Fireflies, Circleback and Attio, with either calendar. Action items from each meeting come back for review, and a meeting recorded by several tools is captured once.
- Notifications: briefs, end-of-day wrap-ups and nudges as Slack DMs (one install covers the whole workspace) or by email. Users switch off anything they would rather not hear about.
- Sign-in: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts.
